All apartments are modernly equipped and have a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with the most necessary utensils (cutlery, pots, pans, plates, etc.) and has a refrigerator, stainless steel sink, hob with 2 plates, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The bathrooms are equipped to a high standard with a shower. Harmonious colors and warm light effects for a good rest and an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The cosy furnishings are rounded off with up-to-date communication and entertainment technology such as WLAN and a flat-screen TV. To get your tasks done efficiently at the Marburger Hof, our feel-good flats offer you enough space with plenty of daylight.

Conditions

The free cancellation period ends 14 days before the date of arrival, after that and in case of no-show we charge reservation fees of 80% of the room rate for the first month.
The agreed special rate is linked to a minimum stay of one month. In case of earlier departure we charge an extra fee of 20,00 € per night.
Payment is made monthly in advance.
