Whatever the time of year, the room’s pleasant climate, Feng-Shui based design and welcoming colour-scheme, ensure that whatever the weather, you’ll feel like the sun is shining. In our elegant and comfortable surroundings, you may want to take your time over breakfast. Enjoy browsing with your children the selection of games we’ve sorted by age suitability. Take your time to look at our beautiful fairy-tale tree. On warmer days, make the most of the morning sunshine as you breakfast on our sheltered terrace. Other than at breakfast times, the breakfast room may be booked for events. Please speak to us about this.

Start the day with a good, balanced breakfast – it’s great for body and soul. That’s why we set so much in store by the quality of the produce carefully selected for our varied buffet, be it fruit, wholegrains or savoury specialities.

Regional products: our eggs, cold meats and cheese specialities come from local suppliers (Klingelhöfer poultry farm, Fleckenbühl farm).

Fresh vitamins: our fruit and vegetables bring colour to your breakfast plate.

Wide range of fruit juices: as well as apple and orange juice, enjoy a glass of banana or peach nectar, mango, cranberry, rhubarb or pineapple juice.

Wide choice of bread and rolls: choose from well-fired, wholegrain or light and fluffy – the perfect base for our savoury toppings or sweet jams.

How do you prefer your morning wake-up cuppa? Black coffee? Latte Macchiato, or maybe a café au lait? Our coffee specialities are available at no added charge.

Sunday breakfast with a glass of fizz to make your breakfast unforgettable.

Gluten-free and lactose-free products are available on request: we take pleasure in accommodating your dietary requirements. Please advise us of your requirements and intolerances in advance of your stay.

A small range of vegan and vegetarian dishes is available. Please speak to our waiting staff.

For a versatile breakfast without unnecessary waste, you can use our convenient yogurt dispenser: The unsweetened aromatic natural yoghurt is available with 0.2 or 6 percent fat content - always perfectly cooled and wonderfully fresh. You can add colorful fruits, nuts or a dab of jam, as you like.

One highlight of our varied breakfast buffet is our pancake maker. Press the button for a fresh hot pancake. It’s easy to use and the results are delicious. Add a dollop of Belgian chocolate nut spread, a splash of maple syrup or fresh fruit and your pancake is the perfect finale to your gourmet breakfast.

Choose from a wide range of favourite breakfast specialities, without leaving a pile of empty packaging behind. As well as our easy to use butter dispenser, we’ll serve your jams, honey and suchlike in a way that is hygienic, attractive and easy on natural resources.

Locally sourced from Fleckenbühl farm Our cheese specialities

Our small but carefully selected cheese assortment comes directly from the Fleckenbühl farm dairy. This self-help community gives people a new chance in life and uses traditional methods to produce cheese that’s big on character. The milk for the Fleckenbühl cheese specialities comes from the Demeter-certified* farm’s own cows. (*Demeter is a German organic certification).
