Research project 2018-2020

Smart Hotel Supply

In addition to sustainability, digitalization is one of the current major topics in the hotel industry. We are therefore all the more pleased to be part of the research and development project "Smart Hotel Supply." In cooperation with Regionalmanagement Nordhessen GmbH, the University of Kassel, the energy supplier EAM, as well as the companies Betterspace and EMD, we aim to reduce our costs and the energy demand of our establishment by up to 20 percent. To achieve this, we are increasingly relying on renewable energy and innovative measurement and analysis methods.

With us, you can skip the mid-stay cleaning of your room for the benefit of the environment. Ms. Michaela Richter, the managing director of the Marburger Hof, considers the offers related to e-mobility as an important investment in the future.
