Cancellation Policy
Conditions
- The free cancellation period ends 14 days before the arrival date; afterwards and in case of no-show, we charge reservation costs amounting to 80% of the room price for the first month.
- The agreed special price is linked to a minimum stay of one month. In case of earlier departure, we charge a surcharge of €20.00 per night.
- Payment is made monthly in advance.
- Final cleaning fee of €50.00 (one-time fee)
